Showing less forehead and more smile is always a good idea. Less plain clothing is also a plus, since you look pretty plain already. Not saying to go all flamboyant but that face/hair plus a plain shirt is not doing you justice.

I think you need a new hairstyle, which one, I'm not sure. You have the potential to look great, but you might have to grow it out a bit/style it.

Could anyone recommend new glasses frames that suit my face?

Maybe ones that don't look so big, less visible ones. Heck, if you get a whole thing going on you might look better with contacts.

Q: Do these glasses fit my face?

>> No.6056033

>>6056019
They fit a longer face i'd say
i like the ones you have but i'd go for a thinner frame and work on the hair.

Longer hair, shampoo lightly every two to four days probably (or as needed to prevent excessive oil), condition daily with an oil based conditioner, start exercising to lose weight, use a mild facial scrub plus a moisturizer, start accutane if you need to, don't look so damn gloomy all the time, and get glasses that aren't so large so you don't look top heavy but make sure that the frames themselves are a thick (black or other dark hue) plastic to minimize distortion of facial proportions from the lens and to draw attention away from what distortion remains.

Take photos in natural lighting - preferably with the light source coming from the side and slightly above. Do not angle your head like that. You want to make your jaw more prominent. Do this naturally by leveling your face. Since you don't appear to have a strong chin you will look try hard if you overdo it. Definitely get a longer haircut if possible. If your hair looks like absolute ass, talk to someone who doe hair for a living or just give up and keep it short. If you keep it short, trim to a 1 or 2 on the sides and either do a 3 on top or get it scissor-cut slightly longer according to preference.

I could not over emphasize the importance of exercise and diet to making your face in general more attractive though. Build up to just running a couple of miles a day at the least, and eat healthier to get nicer skin.

Do you have any pictures of your hair grown out? I would be able to give you better advice on what sort of glasses might suit your face if you post a picture of yourself taken with your face not angled and from around eye level if possible.

Might be a problem. I only have one selfie and most of pics I have are usually taken by someone. I'll dump two which show most of my face features. 1.

You don't even look like the same person. Could you take a photo of yourself right now from dead on? Otherwise I'd recommend the same pair I wear actually.

I have those in black. Make sure they aren't too large for your face though.

Nah mate, too late here to even move my ass from chair. But thanks for adv. As for the sunglasses. Aren't they a bit hipsterious? Aviators seem to be the best trend lately.

>> No.6056386

>>6056367
You can get the same frames for prescription lenses. Yeah, they are very similar to the frames worn by tumblr hipsters and the like and that is definitely a risk for comparison. If you're getting sunglasses then aviators are pretty cliche but safe. If you're getting prescription, I've been a sucker for Oliver Peoples for several years so I'm heavily biased, but rectangular frames such as the ones in the OP could work fine as well so long as you get them with slightly smaller lenses and slightly thicker frames. You should grow your hair back out for sure by the way.

>>6056386
Yeah, hair is my current nightmare, but I'll wait for a proper thread to ask for adv. And take a straight face photo for sure.
