Their bodies scream: "I am a fucking passive faggot." Never in their life have they embraced a physical challenge. Since the days of their youth they have failed to change the shape of their body in any significant way. The manchild in OP's picture has the physique of a prepubescent boy, there is a painful lack of muscle tone and a babyish layer of fat on the torso.

Cunts like these claim health and probably consider themselves to be in good shape. In reality their organs have almost given up from being fed only shit food and pure misery for years.

Liver struggling from sitting in the bar too much, drinking the cheapest beer they serve. Gazing at the females that are present they dream about not being worthless and inferior. At the end of the night, when they have failed to even be noticed by members of the opposite sex, they all head home (a shitty apartment, paid for by working a shitty position at a bullshit company) and proceed to suck each other off.
