Just dress presentable without swaying too much into a certain style. A simple oxford button down with some jeans and boots is more than enough.

If the interview is about an associate position, then your attitude is the most important thing they are looking for. Display confidence. Speak as steadily and as clearly as you can. Look at the interviewer in the eyes, and quit fidgeting around like a fag. Act like you own the place. When the interviewer asks if you have any questions, ask him some questions. Be interested in the job you are applying for.

If the interview is about a stock position or anything involving the back room, just don't look like a hobo and don't act like an autist.

OP I work at a clothing retail store myself, albeit not as hipster as Urban Outfitters. If you are applying for a floor position, especially sales, it's important that you represent their brand. That doesn't necessarily mean your outfit should be plastered with the brand logo, but it should fit the "style"of Urban Outfitters. An extremely helpful tactic you should employ is to visit the store, look carefully at all the mannequins, store managers, and promotional posters, and cobble together an outfit pertaining to the elements displayed. Also, smiling goes a long way.

I did a group interview at UO and was 1 of 2 who got a card in my group.

the card basically means you win the interview, and then have to go to the next step, WHICH IS SERIOUS BULLSHIT.
it's one of those classic "what would you do" surveys, except filled with confusing paradoxes.
