the way you carry yourself, be genuine within a group of people. integrate yourself within conversations to establish that you have a valid/respectable opinion. people are attracted(not purely speaking in a sexual manner) to someone they find interesting. that and dress well, it's pretty easy if you can allow yourself to be extroverted.
