Either:
A) Short on sides, layered and long-ish on top, get a bunch of samples of different types of hair products (gels, pomades, glues) and experiment (try pushing back, side, other side, up, etc.)

Or
B) Clean up the sides and back, keep the front messy but still above the eyebrows. Layer and thin out the top. Try blow drying to see if it changes up how it looks.

Getting your own hair style is really all about experimenting and just seeing what works
