Hey /fa/, not so fashion savy here wanting to know of you feel comfortable copping pants off of on online venue- complications with the fit and quality of the product come to mind for me. Also, general copping from online stores thread.

I bought a pair of chinos from Left Field in a size 29 because I read that they fit a little big. I wish I got the 30 ;_; I probably would have been fine if I just took 30s to measure myself.

Just buy stuff from reputable companies and you should be fine. Make sure you know your measurements though.

....I'm stumped, I've usually had good experience buying pants online.

I got nothing, I usually go to stores in person to buy pants. Why would you buy them online?

I guess, I always have this terrible image in my head that pants I buy will end up hugging to many curves, or flop all over the place when I think about buying them online.

pants can be found for really good prices online.

Well, it's sort of a trade off when buying online. Yes you can analyze a broader spectrum of products online at a pretty damn efficient rate, but you can't really see how these products will affect your aesthetics without buying them. There is no absolute certainty I think, and confidence just comes with experience?, yes invest big bucks on online shopping anon.

Uh, the only bad experience with online shopping was when I bought a pair of jeans from a japaneese brand- the fit was a little baggy for me. It was not that the quality was off, just that I thought the pants were really fat looking, but turns out that is something that was common knowledge. Research all you like, but trying things out in person is 100x better than blindly purchasing online.
