Im like 5'2. Jeans are an important part. Find yourself some APC petit standard in W24 or 25 (not necessarily raws, they have great pairs in black). Amazing cut and pretty easy to find like new condition in second hand.
I also wear some Diesel jeans in kids size (12 or 13y which is about W24 or 25). They have pretty good cuts.
Find yourself a good pair of boots. It will help a lot with your posture and general style.
