Women are more attractive and sexually interesting for the same reasons we find babies to be cute, it triggers people's drive to protect them and assist them in dangerous situations. This is not me just making up some misogynist incel bullshit, studies and research on attraction shows that even straight women think women are more attractive than men. Evolution saw fit for women to be weaker but made them cuter so that society is gentler with them. Men are freakishly stronger and resilient in comparison, with more streamlined and efficient bodies, but the consequence of it is being uglier or less interesting to look at. That's just the way it is.

We aren't talking about only facial attractiveness. OP is especially highlighting women's bodies. Women have more interesting bodies, even if a woman is flat chested they'll still have hips and a shapely butt. The way fat deposits on women is different from men so their legs and asses are curvier and more appealing, especially when in motion. Again women just simply look better. Doesn't mean that men can't be beautiful, just that on average women look better with little effort.

You're right but wrong. It's not that men just get a belly. It's that men's bodies deposit fat reserves around the body in a different order than women's bodies deposit fat reserves around the body. Women's bodies deposit fat on their hips/ass first, then chest/arms, then belly. Men's bodies deposit fat on the belly first. This is why you see "fat" girls who still have a relatively small midsection, that's the last place they store fat. This is why you see "skinny" men with fat bellies, that's the first place they store fat.

For a shorter amount of time. Women seem biologically designed to hit a higher peak of attractiveness relatively early in life after which their looks drop off a cliff. One could easily argue this is an evolutionary adaptation to having a shorter reproductive window in their lifespan than males.
