T-shirts are supposed to be undershirts to begin with. Unless you're wearing a cotton polo, most polos will make you stink like a cheap whore if you don't wear an undershirt, because they're made of plastic. And even if he is wearing a cotton polo, wearing an undershirt is always good, because it will not only absorb sweat, but also make your shirt drape nicely on your body and not make let it stick to your skin everywhere.

Have you /fa/gs never worn an undershirt? The purpose of an under shirt is precisely that, to stick to your skin, in order to immediately absorb sweat, distribute it across its fabric, and let it evaporate quickly before it even gets wet enough for the sweat seep into your shirt. It increases the surface area of evaporation. Without an undershirt, your sweat will just stay on your skin, pool around in spots and get absorbed by the shirt, giving you disgusting sweat patch and even stinking it up.

Uh, yeah chances are you are going to be wearing a cotton polo. Even generic store brand Walmart polos retail for $14 Canadian. How badly did you fuck up your life that you have to resort to wearing sub-walmart clothing? Where would you even find such a category of merchandise? Clearance rack at a Chinese convenience store in the worst ghetto in the universe? Or are you talking about those ugly “cooling tech fabric” polos that boomers wear to go golfing? Kind of defeats the purpose if you are wearing TWO FUCKING SHIRTS. There will be far less sweat to absorb if you are not layering up in the hottest summer weather, dumbass.
>also make your shirt drape nicely on your body and not make let it stick to your skin everywhere.
Again, HAHAHA.

About the fabric typical polos are made of:
>The breathability of the pique fabric is one of its key benefits. The unusual weave of the fabric provides for consistent air circulation, keeping you cool throughout the hot summer days. This is especially beneficial for those who tend to sweat a bit more, since the fabric's structure helps dissipate moisture, making perspiration less noticeable on your clothing.

What’s going on with that “ ‘47” yanks cap. He bought an artificially pre-worn hat? He must’ve really been rolling in the dough here if he could pay for pre-weathered garmies instead of taking the long route and wearing them out himself the organic way. What this hat also the same styled hat that the Yankees would’ve worn in 1947? Construction looks a little different than your usual mordern cap.

Clearly you faggots have never worn an undershirt. Fucking retard, the entire point of an undershirt is to not let your sweat reach your actual shirt. And a typical undershirt isn't made of a thick fabric like a regular t-shirt. The fabric of an undershirt is almost like a cotton handkerchief's cloth, because it needs to be thin in order for your sweat to evaporate easily. And since it hugs your skin snugly almost everywhere, it absorbs the sweat and distributes it across the entire fabric. So there's no pooling and no chance of the sweat seeping into your actual shirt. It just evaporates or stays in the fabric. Even during the hottest days it never gets wet enough for the sweat to seep into your actual shirt on the outside.

As for the plastic polos, you're retard if you think polyester and polyester blend polos don't exist. Most normalfags don't care about fabirc. They buy based on the design and price. Plenty of polos sold have anywhere from 20-65% polyester in it, which a lot of people wear without realizing it.

I’ve worn undershirts under long sleeved button up shirts of course, but wearing an undershirt under a polo is counterproductive, especially in hot weather. Do you wear long underwear under your pants in the summer too to make sure your pants “drape nicely on your body and not let it stick to your skin” and “absorb sweat, distribute it across its fabric” (sweat caused by wearing long underwear in July lol).

Polos made for golf are usually some artificial moisture wicking material, a lot of the older guys I worked with pretty much exclusively wore these.

I dunno, nigger, whenever I'm out getting sweaty in a cotton tshirt, the fuckloads of absorbed fermented moisture feels and smells absolutely grim. The point of sweat is to cool you down and evaporate, so if it gets absorbed into fabric before it can perform that function, your body will produce even more of it. Like niggers wearing puffer jackets and hats/hoods on public transport in the middle of summer, sweating and stinking like mad - oftentimes they'll have a towel to wipe their sweat, dumb apes. But yeah, the only problem with synthetic fabrics is they're not breathable, unless the fabric is some kind of a mesh. I don't see the point in absorbent clothing and basically don't buy anything containing cotton or viscose anymore, except for towels and bedsheets.
