you zoomers are all about obnoxious face tattoos. in the 90s it was tribal, the early 00s it was traditional (sailor jerry is a good example), 2010s it was pop culture stuff. and nowadays it's obnoxious bold obvious tattoos and head tattoos seem to be coming back too.

My first tattoo, I got just after I turned 18, was done by a guy trained by sailor jerry. He made me wait for four fucking hours until the shop was closed then did it. I'll always remember that "Left of Centre" by Suzanne Vega was playing on the radio while he worked. You'd never know I have tattoos unless I took my shirt or t-shirt off. I hate how trashy and obvious you young peoples tattoos are and how they don't reflect anything other than your own desire to try and feel unique. Back when I got my tattoo only sailors, soldiers, prisoners, criminals and tough guys got big tattoos. Now a young guy with a neck sleeve is more likely to recite his vegan bicycle poetry at you than rob you.

Yeah thanks to the internet it's not very niche. Tattoos used to be something you'd get on travels because tattoos are mostly a cultural thing. Personally I like face tattoos I could never get one because I like my face but I respect the confidence
