dressing like this actually makes sense where i live. it rains so much your choice is looking like an acronym dork or looking like a normie in the north face and jeans.

Holy shit. Normal sneakers, a hat with a bill would at least do it up a little better. Also maybe cinch up the cuffs so you don't look like a child, and ditch the stupid molle pouches. Those gamer-tint glasses are fucking gay too.

All of that and it would look more like a normal modern rain fit and less like you're an extra in blade runner.

OP here I mean there are some cool acronym jackets (not the one in pic related) but overall they all look the same and at the end of the day techwear niggas all dress the same every post I see it’s the damn same sneakers/jacket/pants/edgelord sunglasses and beard… it lacks originality only guy I see doing techwear well is xeoniq and his friends

nta but I get what youre saying. Techwear has never been big in my country even though we have a LOT of rain. I only whip out the all black waterproof gear when it rains, other times i do a more streetwear like fashion. I feel like going full waterproof fabrics on a sunny day does make you look like an oaf.
Dryskin material is great for all weather though

it wasn't always like this, 2013-2017 people had a lot more creativity and mixed brands a lot more. now every scrawny balding IT dude who liked neuromancer a little too much and doesn't know how to dress themselves spends way too much on the same boring uniform with zero creativity

all black techwear/acronym is just boring as shit and unimaginative. of course there are exceptions, but most of the time it's just unfashionable dorks with too much money and no sense of style or color coordination being lazy

Makes sense in Seattle yeah. Yet a mere half hour away, in a place with the exact same weather mind you, you will get gaybashed. I could literally make a better fit centred around a garbage bag ponch and wear it anywhere.

This specific silhouettes is so hard to pull off. The dropcrotch into such a aggressive taper reminds me of the jerry boys look. It looks seamless but john's feet looks comically tiny.

tbf, i don't think you should carry a laptop in a 3a-1. the bag is honestly not that good and supposed to "wrap around your body", so there's zero padding or protection for a laptop and the bag will stick from you in a weird way since it can't curve.

3a-5, 3a-6, 3a-8 or 3a-13 work since they're actual proper bags. been carrying a macbook pro in my 3a-8ts for years.

I got the R232 MK24 "TRANSPORTER" Axis sling + pad 2 weeks before those fucks brought out an updated version with more compartments and an updated axis sling (though the bag doesnt come in black)
Its been pretty good for what I use it for. I carry some work clothes and my dinner inside it every workday and for that purpose its been comfy after I have gotten the hang of the straps.
Heavy loads are still better suited for backpacks though. Today I bought like 3,5-4kgs of groceries and it was managable but not comfortable.
Also do note that the the spqr buckles are fun to use but a slight hassle to adjust when your load is larger than expected. So if you carry the same things in it everyday its fine, but for varying shapes and sizes it might be annoying. I am lazy as fuck though so for some people it might not be as big of an issue
