nothing is worth retail price, but if you can get it at discounters then yes absolutely. There's a couple of flanks that all have extremely high ratings on fragrantica, and it's for good reason. The parfum is sweeter for fall / winter, but the EdP is great for all season. It's very reminiscent of D&G The One in terms of vibe.

There's only two that are reasonably available right now. The EDT, and the parfum. They both have the burning gasoline smell, but the parfum has it paired behind vanilla so that it's actually wearable. If you want that intense burning rubber / gasoline smell, Go for the EDT which has a strong vetiver, burning rubber, and gasoline scent

Hard to say, most citrus fragrances do not last very long so they are usually paired with sweetness or something else that pairs well with the citrus and will last after the citrus notes fade as the fragrance evolves.
This smells very good and definitely citrusy but its not EXCLUSIVELY citrusy like I think you are lookin for, its more citrus and sweet.

I have smelt both burning tires (like in burnouts and actual piles of burning rubber) and the EdT of Fahrenheit. Yes, it smells similar. The EdT just has an astringent vetiver component to keep it fresh. Stop it with the cope. If you like it, that's great, but it's likely that the people around you don't because it's an aggressive synthetic burning smell

Indeed, Manuel Cross Chypre Noir For American Perfumer possesses a beautiful bone structure, and a lineage which is readily traceable to the greats of yore: vintage Cabochard de Gres, created by Bernard Chant in 1959 (musks, leather, oakmoss), and Germaine Cellier’s vintage Balmain Jolie Madame, 1953 (artemisia, tuberose, musk, oakmoss, leather). Both fragrances are growlingly animalic – but they utilize civet and/or castoreum in the process, whereas Manuel has chosen costus root – a potent vegetal musk which smells divinely of the unwashed scalp of the beloved. Once you become acquainted with costus, you will always remember it; it imparts an additional leatheriness that we associate with other musks, and it can help anchor a scent – so it performs double duty in Chypre Noir. Indolic, enchanting tuberose maintains its lustre here, never fading into the background (in the afore-mentioned leather chypres, one finds jasmine, ylang-ylang, and gardenia instead). Bitter herbs enhance its sophistication without the use of galbanum; while not listed, artemisia comes to mind immediately. Musk ketone is sweetly fatty and persistent, contributing a rondeur which is so appealingly reminiscent of great chypres; it feels as if the perfumer has not stinted on the oakmoss, either – always such a delight: earthy, shadowy, and rich.
