It's as if arbitrary rules are arbitrary. Took me a while to grow this out, ane I actually have a fuller upper lip than Tom Selleck so it was a paint to get it right. Yes I know I was fat I lost a considerable amount of weight. Taking biotin helped me fill in my facial hair, a year prior to this it wasn't nearly as full.
