The shoe which comes closer to feel like you wearing nothing is the most comfortable one. If sneakers are lighter than a boot they’re objectively more comfortable. If sneakers are more compliant to the anatomy of a step they’re objectively more comfortable. If sneakers are more breathable they’re objectively more comfortable. There are no runners wearing a boot as a better alternative to a sneaker. Because it isn’t. You just can’t refute that. Sneakers are simple best footwear humans came up with yet. Wearing a boot in the city is borderline fetish territory for how much comfort you willing to sacrifice.
