It depends on how you want to call it. If you want to call it vocally you simply move air through your vocal cords and utilize your tongue and mouth to form the words you would like to describe it as.

The process for how to call it textually is a little bit different, and it really depends mainly on what device you'll be using to write, or type, the text. For example on a desktop PC like I'm on now, you being by placing your fingers on the keyboard and then typing (press a key with the letter you want, then unpress it) the letters in the proper order to spell out what you'd like to call it. On a phone, you'd instead press on the virtual letters on the screen. In fact on a screen you could even call it by using your voice as well, and enabling the voice to text option.
