what do you think defined mainstream fashion of the 2010s?

for me it would be:
-skinny jeans
-yoga pants (for women)
-sneakers kinda like new balance 574, also vans old skool and air force ones and superstars for women
-zip up hoodies, flannels, graphic tees
-short side-part hair for men, hitler youth cuts
-glasses like picrel

did i miss anything? i might be projecting with my picks. i wouldnt mind dressing like this. feels more modest, compared to the tryhard 90s inspired shit zoomers wear nowadays. what do you think of the 2010s aesthetic?

-last of the emo/scene style (bands like BVB, Suicide Silence and Pierce the Veil were popular with this crowd at the time)
- rise of the "neon hipster" aesthetic (idk what to call this, just tribial prints found in neon colors in alot of clothing)
-fringe on bags/backpacks/boots
-owls everywhere
-Tumblr "twee" fashion (think Zooey Deschanel)
-Tumblr pastel goth
-Galaxy leggings
-Logo/character leggings
-American Eagle/Hollister/Abercrombie were still popular, but not like in the 2000s
-Skinny jeans or bust
-Jeffrey Campbell boots
-rise of Doc Martens
-rise of Gauges (type of piercing)
-Pink/Victoria Secret backpacks were the IT backpacks

2014-2017 era:
-90s revival starting (oversized flannel, big baggy Nirvana/Grunge band shirts are cool again)
-rise of the high waisted/high rise pants/jeans
-athlesure was really popular
-idk this outfit for young women (dark skinny jeans, light wash oversized jean jacket, white tank top, stan smith adidas shoes)
-The Abercrombie/Hollister/AE logos losing popularity
-Pink/Victoria secret was popular

2018-2019 era:
-90s revival still strong
-rise of birkenstocks
-VSCO girls
-Emo is fucking dead at this point
-FashionNova thot fashion
-high waisted everything
-straight jeans/mom jeans are now the popular jean
