also of note for those chasing thigh gaps,
1. women's hip bone angles form a triangle with a wider base which makes it more conducive to thigh gaps than for men. also your balls hanging there kinda covers it up
2. in a lot of photos, their posture is kinda pronated ie butt sticking out, back slightly arched. this further increases the angle mentioned in 1, making the gap more prominent

you can have a thigh gap and still be healthy ofc. but don't obsess over it because not everyone's bone structure and fat distribution makes it feasible. and very few people have a prominent thigh gap 100% of the time without at least some posing

Use myFitnessPal and track every morsel of food you eat. Consider your height and goal weight to set a calorie goal. In my example, I went on tdee calculator and calculated how much I am supposed to eat to maintain my GOAL weight, and eat -500 calories from that, so around 2000 for 60kg - 500 = ~1500 cal.

I did practically zero exercise throughout the entire thing, but sometimes I did walk, and if you can do exercise, it will go much faster and you will get better results.

I found that I have mood swings where I'll eat really low a few days and over eat some other days. I noticed this happens because I do not keep busy enough. If I have fuck all to do the whole day, I will end up eating like a pig. You may be different, but I recommend keeping busy, be it actual work or just something that keeps you from being bored. i find the cravings for food become worse in the hours/days following a spike in bloodsugar. i.e whenever i eat something very carby or containing sugar. Keeping it savory and sticking to high protein low carb foods removes my cravings almost entirely. Keeping hydrated helps. Green tea is a hack too. Healthy asf, a nice taste break from just plain water. and lessens the apetite. Black coffee helps too, alternatively. Hope this helps.

I'm TA, exactly what he said except I increase the length of my fasts by 2 hours each time. So the first fast was 24 hr, second was 26, 28, 30... etc etc until I hit 47. Then I'm just going to roll 47s until I hit my UGW.

It's a great weight loss strategy bc as the fasts get longer, my stomach shrinks and I can't eat as much. I could barely stuff in 1,300 cal for my refeed today. I don't know if this is what you're looking for, but my childhood best friend turned into a skinny E-celeb. We parted for a few years when I moved away, but when we reconnected, he had completely changed. From the outside, he was a lot of people's ideal. Handsome and chiseled face, so thin he had abs without working out, fashionable clothes, long-ish wavy black hair.

He was big on the indie scene when it was first starting so he gained some massive social media following. He got endless DMs from both girls and guys. Never dated because he was crazy, but he never had a problem getting sex.
When we would go out in our hometown, people would come up to him all the time and talk to him. He was like a local celebrity of sorts among the people our age and younger. Teen girls/boys would always talk to him, even if he had no idea who they were. Even in the city people would at least notice him. He had this presence of being interesting and noticable.

I would have felt more jealousy if I didn't know him so well. From the inside, his predicament was honestly pathetic and sad. He developed anorexia when we were teens and would have a manic-bipolar fit if I offered a Twix bar. Addicted to X Y Z stimulant and he had a problem with shoplifting despite having money.
I felt really sorry for him because he was beat by his dad for being gay and molested by a teacher when he was younger. I knew being thin was just a coping mechanism. But everyone loved him despite being mental just because of his appearance. So I guess any shitty life situation could be overcome by being beautiful enough.
