There's a good idea here but the execution is off. Firstly, brown shoes and black pants doesn't work with dress trousers the same way it does with more casual bottoms. The formality clash is too much, especially with the loud belt. Secondly, the pants fit poorly. They're too slim below the knee, giving you knock-knees and looking kinda like jodhpurs. It also looks like you hiked up low rise trousers but that may just be the photo. Thirdly, nothing really goes together- the shirt and pants could be part of a good outfit (some kind of mono-black minimalism with a black belt and derbies), as could the boots and shirt (refined normcore with blue jeans and a subtler belt), and there's probably something you could do with the shirt and belt, but all of them together just look like a hodgepodge of styles and ideas held together by a good frame and great hair

You can go loose fit like the thigh or slim fit, the hybrid doesn't work here. I think loose fit would look great, you've got the frame to make it look really good and not baggy/sloppy.

Make sure to never button the buttons on polos, especially the top. I personally tuck my polos but it depends on your build/how much of a gut you have, whatever is more flattering to your body. The cut on your shirt is basically perfect length, some polos are meant to be tucked (you can tell by the length, would look weird without tucking) and some are cut in a way which they could be tucked or untucked. I actually took anon’s valid complaints to heart and sorted through my wardrobe, pulling out all of the pieces that I bought under the caveat that “I’ll just take them in to fit properly.” Which, it turns out, is a big chunk of what I have. I am a standard aus women’s 8, but most of what I own is a vintage 12+ so it’s well overdue.

Anyway, here’s a cute pinafore I forgot I had. I love the pinafores but, again, big mommy milkers really get in the way of the silhouette.
