Also as some people have pointed out already, you look too manicured, refined and elegant if you're going for a straight, masculine look. You need to go more rugged then, grow out your beard a little, switch out the white pants and rosy floral shirt for some darker ones and get a different haircut. Could be shorter or longer, doesn't matter but it's too 'taken care of' in your picture.
