I legitimately have over 200 t-shirts, most of them are band and print tee t-shirts that I've collected over the years. How do I go about placing less emphasis on them for my outfits? I'm happy getting rid of the majority if required, so that isn't an issue. I'm 6'2", athletic build, and my friends and girlfriend say I look exactly like that Ragnar guy from Vikings.

vintage tees or any kind of tee? I do collect graphic vintage tees, the usual, sports, videogames, bands and anything that is either cool or cringey cool. Recently I've been into vintage joke tees, specially font-only ones, which are great when wearing more detail-loaded 2000s bottoms

Right now people seem to emphasize bottoms and textures, which looks nice with a blank or pocket tee with minimal to no branding. There's also polo shirts and high 2ks mallcore fauxDIY if you want to keep it graphic while mixing with something edgier

you could wear a different shirt every day for most of the year lmfao

Keep track of what you wear. You can do it for the next 3 months, 6 months, a year or whatever. Just put a sticky note or something on the shirts you wear. After the period of time if you haven't worn it then get rid of it. 200 t-shirts is insane and pointless, you could get rid of 3/4 of them and still have way too many.

A large portion of them are vintage band t-shirts. The Doors, Rolling Stones, etc. It's crazy what you end up accumulating over the years.

That's a solid idea. Thank you.

When composing the outfit, treat the tshirts as though they have no print on them and are just plain whatever colour the fabric is. Use a blank one if you have to, then switch to a printed one with the same colour blank.
