The Next Level blanks are a nearly perfect fit, depending on the color I need a large or medium to get that fitted but doesn't hug your gut look (6ft 190lb built). Get the 6210 or 6410. They are real cheap too, but I wouldn't get one of every color. Get 2 or 3 in colors you already wear. Like for me thats black, brown, and a dark red, maybe a grey one

Another good one that surprised me was VRST from Dicks. Its like their lululemon tier equivalent. Their pocket tees are nice and stretchy and have a great fit, I sized down (normally large) to medium to get the perfect fit that hugs my arms properly. These are my favorite shirts atm but more expensive. Kind of have a slightly distressed wash look to them too which fits my style pretty well.
