I'm 6'4" and wear a size 47.5/49 for shoes.

Speaking of genetics, it is literally what stops me from finding clothes that fit properly. My sleeve measurements are the equivalent of a S/M (23 in) around most stores, my shoulders are XL/XXL (19 in I think?), and my waist is like 36-38 in. Absolutely fucking annoying.

Im 6'2 and wear 44 boots, 45/46 sneakers. My friend is as tall as me but wears 43 everything. It's a result of small dick size, many such cases

That's not exaggeration either, if you look at PRL site for example you'll see a 6'2 built dude wearing a size small and size 8 shoes.
