if you want supplements to improve hair quality (as you mentioned above) vitamin b2 (get a methylated b-complex, the other bs are also involved in this shit) and zink

if you want less greasy, consider washing alternating with shampoo + conditioner and just shampoo, as well as cold showers (they make you feel good and they're a lot nicer on your skin and hair)

you may also wanna consider going to a hairdresser (ask for opinions first, i bet most of them won't do an amazing job with trans hair)
