Really struggling to find a dress watch with a refined/uncluttered style, like the JLC ultra thin collection, but around the $1-3k mark.
Shouldn't be hard to make a classy looking one and stick a sellita in there and still make a nice profit at that price point.
I've seen some from Zenith but a little too pricey, Montblanc has some as well but quite unmemorable.
Other brands are desperately shitting out as many divers and chronographs as they can. Not looking for bauhaus either.

I was just about to write that, yeah. As long as you don't cut corners with the alloy composition (so that 316L is actually 316L) corrosion shouldn't ever be an issue. By now each brand could say that they have their proprietary steel alloy, it ultimately comes down to where they source the ore and how good the quality control at the foundry where the steel is made is. I'd love to know where brands actually get their steel.

Not him but you underestimate how reatrded normies are. My g-shock g steel has been confused with a panerai. Unrelated but related, a girl was curious about what I was listening to, gave her the headphones and she said "oh, this is similar to the Queen" about the dark ambient track that was playing.
