It’s a fetish thing nowadays. In times past it was a legitimate way to be mildly kinky for normie couples with a playful element of something still considered risqué. It has lost much of its luster because people are generally desensitized and numbed to it. Take ankles to the Victorian and ankles to your average modern man.
