Just buy it you fucking retard. It's a great looking watch. Do you think a mass produced mechanical under $1000 for the movement alone has any more sould than quartz?
Either way you are getting a movement built by chinks in factories.

hey anons, i recently fell down the watch rabbit hole after my neighbour gave me a 15 min presentation of his collection after i complimented his watch. now im hooked and after a few weeks of study i've marked a 'grail watch', but being a new homeowner (mortgage slave) in a country with retarded real estate prices i can't justify the price.
so anons, whats the <10k alternative to this: PP 5327R.
what i like about it: the 'brequet' numerals are warm and classy, but not so absurdly serif'y that they are annoying to read. the moonphase dial is my favourite complication by far, but the novelty of the day, date is cool but a little lost on me--i could do without it. for that reason, i also think the PP-5396 is also nice.

>Lume is the biggest meme around. It's never going to last all night unless you go to bed in the middle of the day after leaving it charging in the sun.
Something I found with my Casio Duro (infamous for terrible lume) is that while it became basically useless after about 10 or 15 minutes, when I woke up to it at about 1 or 2am, it was clear as day because my eyes were so well adjusted to the dark. And even then, I only charged it under a desk lamp for a few minutes about 2 or 3 hours before I went to bed.

So any level of lume is probably going to be pretty good for the middle of the night if you're just waking up and checking it before going back to bed.

American culture is centered around niggers. They have holidays for niggers. They killed hundreds of thousands of white men to free niggers. They listen to nigger music. They elect a nigger as their president. They dress and act like niggers. They draw the entirety of their modern culture from niggers. They post sassy gifs about niggers. They watch sportsball in worship of niggers. Their biggest event of the year involves throwing parties in honor of niggers playing sports. They use nigger slang like "bruh" and "thot". When you say "Martin Luther" they're not thinking of the father of protestantism. They're thinking of the nigger. Their cities are completely overrun with niggers. They worship their ZOGbot police force disproportionately filled with niggers and their global police force of soldiers filled with niggers. Their men sit around watching nigger ball while their women sit around watching nigger talk shows. They worship niggers like Muhammad Ali and Michael Jordan and Michael Jackson and the late Eddie Murphy while attacking the whites who actually built their country before niggers took over. Their movies are filled with niggers and their music charts are topped by niggers. They send niggers to the Olympics and celebrate when the niggers win because those niggers are true red blooded american niggers. They watch nigger porn to a point where "BBC" does not make them think of an international media company but about nigger penises instead. They will tell you how much they hate niggers and how the mutt's law meme is a stale joke and they are just pretending to love niggers but the evidence speaks for itself in that America has always been and will be a nation of nigger loving niggers

For some weird reasons, Americans are obsessed with niggers and faggots.
If you're a gay nigger faggot in grotesque womens clothes, you're pretty much like a living God to Americans.
Everything has to be about niggers and faggots to please the Americans. This is the world we live in now.

In celebration of this new cult, they'll take the darkest of the gay nigger they can find, dress him in some fine Chanel womens suit and make him wear a 30k Vacheron watch (all of these crafted by the most skilled European workers), exhibit that creature to the whole world and demand that everyone on the planet bow down to it like it's the Antichrist or something.

It ends up being more bulky than using lume, obviously, but on a lot of higher end watches they use fuckin baguette cut gemstones for indices. It wouldn't be that much more bulky, if at all. The hands get a little more complicated, maybe you'd have to compromise with regular lume to keep the hands reasonable size and dimensions. Or maybe you could use different colored vials for the hands, so even if the vials were the same size you could make the dimensions of the hands whatever you want and still keep it clear which is whish in the dark?

I love the idea of a tritium watch and that watch looks excellent but my one worry, and I know this might sound chicken little, but I worry about what happens years down the line when the tritium noticeably fades. Can you reasonably and affordably have the tritium vials replaced, or is it just time to buy a new watch? What if Ball isn't even in business anymore when when that day comes? I have some guns with tritium sights and I love them, but some of the ones that are getting on in years are definitely much dimmer than the newer ones which you can almost see glowing in the day time. But I guess the time scale we're talking about where it would really become a problem is 20 to 30 years.

That's more because most watches are poorly designed. Your typical movement is about 5mm thick, add 3mm for hands, 2mm for a crystal, and 1mm for a caseback. Boom, 11mm.
