My man I got one for 50 eurobucks on Amazon and have used and abused it. The design is replicated by mainstream brands and even boombers use them.

Keep in mind the military spec ones are big, I'm 1.88m and size L fits me nicely but it's not snug and the sleeve length is crazy.

This model's posture is shit but this is how it fits on me. Im between a medium and a small size and got the small.

to be honest the first model looks the best, I have a cockpit USA version too and like how the collar on that one fits more, it doesnt have the wrinkle the TRM one does but it isn't shortened.
The fit works for me but i only wear a layer or two underneath. Ive seen some pics of people wearing a B-3 under these and that woulldnt be possible for me.

In the same ballpark as TRM is Ironheart and they make one with side pockets and a waterproof lining but they sell out so fast. OrSlow makes another alternative but I haven't researched it.

TEN-C make a very nice looking one in some cool colors too but also difficult to find for sale.

Now looking at this I shouldve gotten a medium but the guy I'm messaging about getting the medium isnt fucking responding. They will probably produce the 1st model again but from the catalogue they released this year the new version is the 2nd model (with epaulettes) with a shortened back compared to the one they were making beforehand.
