is "Hygge" or Danish stuff effay? Are there any key elements to adding this to your home or life? Does anyone try it?

Is there something that is newer and more interesting you've moved onto instead? I'll post some pics that feel Hygge to me. I feel like I'm moving on from Japanese Zen towards this.

hygge was quite trendy in fashion, especially interior design (commercial spaces) during covid, now less so. it appears interior design broadly has moved into japandi for elevated 'cozy' living and fashion interior's have gone in a totally different direction which is a bit odd given how popular gorpcore is at the moment.
