I don't care about tattoos as long as I can't see them when someone is wearing a t-shirt. if you have a bunch of shit up and down your arms it looks trashy and dumb. doubly so for neck and face tattoos. a lot of zoomers are never going to break out of entry-level jobs because 35-45 middle management types are silently judging them for being retarded enough to get ink permanently embedded in their face.

also, face/neck tattoos betray the fact that something is wrong with you. either you have some trauma (or claim to) that will inevitably become an excuse to not do the work you're paid to do, you're just a trend-chasing retard that copies whatever you see in pop culture, or you think you're going to be the next post malone so it won't matter because you don't plan on sticking with a normal career because you envision yourself as an up and coming "artist".

funny ive been toying with the idea of getting some simple dotwork on my face eventually. i have a govt job and so far facial piercings havent been an issue there (i had my medusa and septum pierced so far along with stretched earlobes) so facial tattoos shouldnt be much more taboo i dont think. i work in IT so dont need to please customers anyway.
