because the clothes you pick are undefined- they're not fashionable and you wonder why other people look good in certain clothes. Learn how to dress yourself and what colors or garments to purchase. You don't even have to be wealthy as fashion can be had even with second-hand or thrift shopping. It has much to do with having a "fasion sense." Physical fitness goes a long way too- but only as long as you aren't overweight.
