Trash, I bought a pair size 11 and they were enormous despite me checking their sizes. They were a full inch bigger than their own listing. I exchanged them for a size 9.5 assuming that extra inch would be the norm and bring it up to a real size 11, but they were miniscule. I gave them to a mate who had size 9 feet but they still didn't fit him.
I think there was some dickery making the swap so I didn't bother trying to return them again, just flogged them on ebay.

This is my experience with their low-tops.
Their low tops actually worked out pretty good for me except this one problem: The size is all off. I'm an 8D middle E easy, I had to go up to 9.5 until I found anything even remotely fitting to my foot, even then it's tight along the ball and less than a few centimeters along the toe.

idk what is wrong with their lasts but I suspect they're second-hand and/or mislabeled UK lasts, other people report with their boots having to go up a size or two, as well.

The company was founded on the principle of doing everything on the dime to make hiqh quality and low cost hand made boots. As you can see, companies don't do things that way for a very good reason
I expect something went weird with the lasts, like they're originally Venezuelan in GOST that were sold to the US and rebranded for the US system, then sent to Mexico, then Thursday picked them up. Now they're several sizes off what they were originally. They're cheap for a reason.
Obvs I don't know that for certain but I've seen some weird fucking things happen behind the scenes in the fashion industry, so I wouldn't at all be surprised

My feeling is that they're alright entry level stuff, with hit or miss QC.
I personally like mine, so far no QC complaints. The profile is slim unlike say redwings. And the price is low enough that you can throw a pair into your rotation and put the other 100-300+ to something else.
It's a good slick cheap boot, you get what you pay for, but sometimes that's ok.
