Just bite the bullet and get some Strobe (2022) Rick Owens Creatch Cargos. The denim is really nice and robust, they fit incredible and have some sweet stitching details.
Its 560 EUR + shipping but I cant recommend them enough

Iam 183cm/6'' 60kg and had to take XS because they're so wide and long for reference
