Sorry for the delay. Here are the measurements. Keep in mind that these measurements are straight across with the shirt laid out, so double if you want the all-the-way-around values. So, the cuffs are probably closer to 8" all the way around, the chest is closer to 42", etc... (only exception is the neck, which is 16" all the way around, and is accurate to the label). I'd recommend your friend lay out a similar shirt like the pic and measure himself, so he can estimate how he thinks these might fit. Keep in mind, these are custom altered to my old skinny/fit body (which I no longer have...), so they're an unusual shape. Also, none of the material is particularly stretchy... The shirt on the bed and top 3 in the stack are Calvin Klein. The gray one in the stack is Express, and the white one is Banana Republic. None of them have been worn all that much... some of them might not have been worn at all, I don't remember... (The bottom two in the stack are new replacements I bought, but too big for me, and I'm too lazy to return them. One is Van Heusen the other AmazonBasics, both sized Medium. They're much bigger than the altered ones... free if you want them, otherwise I'm dropping them in a donation bin.)
