i don't see anything interesting in malls
if a frag is cheap - blind buy
if more expensive - i cop a sample, or 5/10 ml decant, or whatever
notino is great for that cause you can return for 90 days and if you didn't use more than, lets say, 1 ml, you get entire price you paid
anyway, i feel that tests in malls don't give good results - first of all tester are often stale from heat the lamps make, secondly I always feel there like a thief, ladies always want to talk with me and i get tense, which fucks your skin chemistry and everything smells worse

I did, but I also reviewed fragrances I didn't like in a negative way. As a result, you get thumbs down (because how dare you speak the truth) and your review will be hidden. This was when I stopped, as soon as I realized that fragrantica hides A LOT of negative reviews. You can't get a properly unbiased review from that site, and by now I only rate the fragrances without reviewing them. The hivemind is the only useful thing on fragrantica. For reviews? Neroli Intense is just a good take on the popular citrus-neroli genre. Rather long lasting for this type of fragrance (although not long lasting compared to other fragrances), smooth and pleasant. It's specifically not there to be unique, it is there to please the lovers of 4711, Turkish Kolonya, Neroli Portofino, etc. If you're looking for something unique, this is not it. If you're looking for a better than average citrus-neroli frag, this is it.

I mean I personally choose frags by whether or not I personally like the smell. I do not think women are really that impressed by odor, it might just be a nice side note to them if a guy smells pleasant.
>Girls started telling me I smelled great and made excuses to hug me or steal my clothes
When girls tell you that you smell great it just means that you and your clothing aren't reeking of piss and sweat and give off some basic body odor. They just use this as a front to get physical with you and grab your attention if they like you. I think every guy receives that complement from his gf at least once, unless they smelled like complete shit.

Actual answer:
Bleu de Chanel is one of the most sold fragrances out there. Every frag store has it. The easiest way to figure out which one is better - which is very much subjective - is going to a store and fucking smelling them. Which one projects better depends on the skin chemistry, and everybody is different. Since you are at the store, you can just spray each of them on one wrist and then compare them over time, see which one you smell more often and for longer. Versatility is not an issue with the entire BdC line. They can be worn at all times, all seasons, all occasions.

One of my favs. Gourmand without being gourmand, you will understand.
Also you just bought it on time. It's the perfect scent to wear on Christmas.
I also wear it every sunday when attending to mass and when going to a coffeeshop with my wife. Conforting scent.

Tried this the first time (current formula) and all i get is clean musky soap... not animalic whatsoever , if you say this smells like a bathroom floor in the mall from 2000.... i kinda get that but you'll need to have a very wild mind bcs this scent is too clean for that image to conjure

Old man ? Well yeah maybe because back then only grownups had the money to afford expensive fragrance and YOU as a teen or kid couldn't... if you see it that way then this would project as a classic bomb from the past, manly!

And do not be scared of the term "old" "vintage" "classic" all the people here making it to be so dated or like really bad, which is not true! I believe the people who say they hate this stuff is the kind of person who only like Bleu de chanel & versace eros lol... the always so concerned about how they smell around people and always want compliments, and then they smlled this and they don't get compliments.. they bash this as such of that bad scents

Granted this is only coming from the current formulation, but if i do get my hands on the og, i would definitely stand by what i said...

OG is for normie edgelords
SBE is a bit sweeter and somehow a bit dryer, for proper edgelords.

Snicebomb used to be nice and spicy, but has been properly killed by reformulations.
Spicebomb Extreme is just shitloads of vanilla with a hint of spice. It's less extreme than the original, to be honest.

The difference is that you can still be perceived when wearing SBE, and that everybody loves vanilla on the first sniff.

Never buy more than 30-50ml
