i don't think intimidating glasses exist except maybe round wire-frames with the bridge not central, or thicker round/larger frames like bateman's.
if you go to a barber though and just ask for a smart haircut, any decent barber will be able to help you out. think military, germany- 1935. short back and sides, slicked oiled or with some product.

Most creative thinkers or people have done something of merit, such as enlightenment thinkers, pushing science and so on tend to be outliers; willing to offend in the pursuit of truth mixed with an above average IQ.

But because we have some many people terrified of that now, and with a failing IQ of general populations, it becomes rarer and rarer.

The person 500 years ago willing to offend the Church and be called blasphemous in the pursuit of truth is simply someone today willing to be accused of hate something or phobia something blah.

But those outliers predominantly existed in European people, while the rest of the world being pretty conforming. You might say the Asians have a slightly higher average IQ, but a few points above a standard does not make genius. It must be many above, and that is what non-Europeans lack.

Eccentric more often than not above average IQ plus the ability to offend/not care personality.
