I have actually, I have 2 years sober and have been a good boy. I don't even drive without a seatbelt anymore. And if we're being real, I regret the tattoos. I wanted them as a symbol of my people/idealism but failed to realize I was just in there with a bunch of skinheads who had no concept of the history, symbology, cultural impact or anything. Two main things happen with a tattoo.
>the ink spreads out over the course of the first 3 months. So if you get a highly detailed tattoo. It is not going to look detailed after 3 months. It'll be smudged.
This can be avoided by not having small/fine details or a small tattoo
>for example people with 3 inch or less writing will be completely illegible after 3 months

And secondly after 3 months the skin will have fully healed above the tattoo making it appear faded. This is why colour tattoos age worse than B&W because the skin on top drastically decreases the colour saturation (or at least the appearance of).

Also over time as you age and skin saggs and loses elastin blah blah, you're tattoo will fade and smudge more as the ink isn't held in the same place it used to be.

Forearms (and calves) are a bastard to exercise. You need high weight and very high reps, and train to failure. You need to be failing around the 50 rep range.
Best forearm workouts I've discovered are swinging a sledgehammer up and down with an underhand grip, take a good rest, then do a second set with an overhand grip. Beasts your forearms like nothing else.

I was getting tattoos before it was acceptable at most jobs now. I used to get shunned for having forearm tattoos.
