Looks okay but in a bourgeois/pretentious style that will alienate most people.
If you go like this in Paris or Rome, it's perfect. If it's in a small town, not.
Also, the watch is tacky; something like a Jaeger Lecoultre reverso (or a cheaper alternative) would look better.

The overall idea is good but the execution could be improved. If it were me I'd add more leather accents (braided belt, leather watch strap), they'd add some depth. If you're trying to be more /sprezz/ I'd drop the sweater altogether, if you're trying to be more prep then I'd go clean-shaven.
