Here are a few brands that carry marinières which are made in France : Armor Lux, Saint James, Orcival.

I recommend the heavy long sleeve cotton ones, which are less «shirty», heavier and more rustic. My favorite is the long sleeve «Lamaneur» made by Fileuse d’Arvor which sadly doesn’t exist anymore. It is heavy and very resistant, and I’ve worn it for years without any discoloration, stretching, shrinking or loose weaving. You can find it for around 80€ online. Take one size up as to have a better fit if you dislike slim garments.
