What a stupid question and a stupid thread. Being overweight is always going to make you look like shit. There are clothes that can make fat people look less disgusting but you'll never be able to throw anything on and make it work or at least not look awful.

OP here, i understand the clothing part but its not just about clothing its the weight, im truly just not disciplined enough to get up and work out

You're skinnyfat, so technically within a healthy weight range but your body fat percentage is too high and that's why you look like a deflated balloon.

I would start working out, focusing on glutes especially to give yourself a better shape. Anorexia mode won't do much to give you a nice shape, honestly. I'm 5'7" and 114 lbs, and got a very toned body with weight training, recomping, and cutting.

Anorexia looks just as disgusting as being a lardass. Exercise is the only solution. Start out easy and make it a habit.

Starving fucking sucks. Last year I had a heat stroke which put me out of work and led to me starving. I got down to 85lbs at 5’8. It fucking sucked. Everyday I felt like I was dying and regaining that weight lost has been a pain the ass.

Get more disciplined. Losing weight will not get your where you want to be.

>> No.17173984

op you most likely eat like shit
shoutposter is extreme in approach but honestly it is the quickest route
starving will probably break you quickly and turn your torso even more spherical
remove all processed snacks in your household and replace them with fruit, raw veg like carrot sticks, even having some seeds, roasted/charred veg on hand can be a nice treat too
and once you have your workout routine going do not skip it

48 hour fast on this third day eat above your recommended intake by 500 calories. Rinse and repeat. It will be hard the first week but it will work itself out. You can sustain this as long as you want to drop body weight. I don’t recommend any one weight training to do this.

honestly your body doesnt look bad or obese at all. if youre comparing yourself to images you see online of course you feel bad about yourself. those images are posed, most people dont have the genetics to look like that. anorexia/eating disorders are mental illnesses akin to addiction and they aren't something you will be in control of once you have one. this is assuming you even have the predisposition to anorexia/restrictive eating disorders. there's a good chance that if you start trying to starve yourself, "anorexiamaxxing", that youll just go straight into bingemode or bulimia.
some side effects of eating disorders include gastroparesis,osteoporosis/osteopenia, hair falling out. bulimics ruin their teeth through purging and rupture their esophagus. its not a quick fix and it will lead to long term complications. it becomes hard to think, hard to enjoy anything. even if youre not underweight, engaging in anorexic/ed behaviors can lead to these problems.
youre better off with a balanced diet of protein, carbs, fat, and vegetables/fruit. exercising moderately, eating when youre hungry, allowing yourself a treat now and then. chasing the ideal of the perfect body is a losing game.

Weight training is a great idea. You'll need to eat more in order to put on muscle, though, so you need to figure out how many extra calories per day you'll want to eat based on your height, weight, and workout frequency. Working out without eating enough to build muscle will just make the problem worse, so start with a +300-500 calorie surplus over your maintenance.

Your workout routine can be something like upper body 2x a week and lower body 2-3x a week, which is what I currently do. Focus especially on glute and leg exercises like deadlifts, heavy squats, hip thrusts, and glute bridges. And don't worry about getting bulky. It's really difficult for girls to get big unless we go absolutely ham and train/eat like bodybuilders.

This is literally not a problem. Dress yourself better. Find clothes that fit. Problem solved.

it's actually easy to slim down and get a decent level of fitness.

- walk 30 minutes a day.
- buy some light dumbbells (10-20lb for a lady)
- get yoga mat for core workouts

>>17174698
this guy gets it, but it's even easier than this

- do a ton of planks and planking variations
- side planks, crunches, lower crunches for ab development, bicycle crunches too
- with the DBs do basic exercises like squats, stiff leg deadlifts, hip clamshells, glute bridges.
- if you like the built back look on ladies you can also do some DB rows.

as a lady there's no real reason to do big weight unless you specifically wanna get big.

Welcome to skinny fat - a state in which most normal people are perma stuck in. Only way out is physical exercise, dont go to fit and ask for "workouts for beginners" tho, bad idea.
Id recc running every other day for at least 20 mins(up to every day once ur muscles and ligaments adjust to strain) - get something to listen to while u run so its not boring at first. Once u get into running u will probably look for ways to improve ur body such as going to gym or doing bodyweight workouts. Imo starting out hard right away will not develop into a habit or routine so a relaxing run every(other) day will start that process of fixing ur shit cause it works out your whole body.
Also start intermittent fasting cause its free negative calories(just dont eat breakfast) - its effortless once u get used to it
