There's just too much work, modern Omega is a complete mess... But overall
>discontinue every modern-looking monstrosities they've released recently
>go back to smaller, slimer, vintage inspired designs, re-release the classic Constellation as the flagship of the brand
>bring back the old logo, ditch the cringe red color
>tapered metal bracelets for the sports models
>no fauxtina bullshit
>stop the James Bond collaboration
>stop running after Rolex
>fire the entire marketing team
>go to national television and apologize for the Moonswatch, the shitty brand ambassadors, the terrible limited editions and every decision that has turned Omega into a joke of a brand
>stop pandering to the american market, turn into a more humble and classy heritage brand
>ditch the co-axial escapement meme
>leave Swatch, ditch ETA, work on a full in-house movement and be 100% transparent about the manufacturing process
>go to national television again and burn every Seamaster 300, Aqua Terra, Constellation
tl;dr : I bring back the Omega from the 60s.
