be muscular and wear a gakuran, or gakuran-inspired jacket. It's ubiquitous in anime and in school uniforms in Japan so you're probably going to look like a cosplayer regardless. You could just wear it over a tee and hope your physique will carry you and you'll look like Jotaro but otherwise you'll just look like you're cosplaying any high school age anime character. Alternatively you could try a fit incorporating a gakuran like picrel, maybe without the hat
