hard to find since they haven't been produced in 13 years i believe, but you can either go for the 3a-13ts which is just a little bit smaller or - if you're looking for a slightly cheaper variant - look at bagjack who manufactures them. they have a model called "littlejack" in cordura which comes really close for a quarter of the price.

i personally feel like you can still rock cav empt if you don't go for the big logo t-shirts and go for their overdye stuff instead.

Off-white sneakers would be fine with a very light gray or creme shirt, because those colors harmonize well. Once you have 4+ completely different colors (Blue, brown, gray, green, creme) it becomes a mess. Just slapping a bunch of colors together doesn't work just because they're neutrals. A palette with over 3 colors very rarely looks good, even more so when those other colors aren't adjacent to what's already in the palette.

Is your face round? dont wear round glasses
is your face square? dont wear rectangular glasses
choose a frame that matches the color of your hair or eyes. Or skin color, dark colors will obviously blend in with dark skin. (turtle shell looks particularly good imo). Metal frames look particularly good on light skin.
for the most part, if you're visiting an optometrist, they'll likely have somebody that will help you find something that looks good on you.

For me as someone that enjoys street and casual fashion I would say like a colorful puffer, a graphic hoodie or jacket, sneakers that go against the norm or have some gaudy construction. It's not for everyone but the example I can think of is how foamrunners are a statement piece. as in the rest of your outfit should be dressed down to call attention to them. Or like wearing all black but having a bright blue beanie on. The rest of your outfit is calling attention to one piece in which you may express yourself through.
