Get a bigger bed, something like 140x200 is common where I live. Get rid of that blanketsheet. Put the bedsheet around the mattress, not around the bed. Move the bed to a nicer place if possible.

Start with location of the bed. No empty spaces or pathways behind or in front of you face.

All the windows should face your sides. The door should face the sides of your feet.

Have at least 60 cm of pathways on both sides of the bed and near the feet side,
