What is the point of skincare

Convince me why I should construct an autistic skincare routine. Why do I need to put creams, aftershave, exfoliator, moisturiser etc. on my skin? What do any of these actually do? For example,

ok, and? Why does having moist skin matter?

My skin looks fine without all this shit, by virtue of simply never eating processed food and getting sunlight every day I get complimented on my skin all the time.

Long: That applies to anything in life. Say, you vs another npc have the same credentials, and all things considered are equal. But that other npc has a certification, giving him the edge.

Ok just in case you're not trolling, all you really need is a moisturizer, face wash, exfoliant, and a sunscreen. Google what they do if you need an explanation you lazy piece of shit, but I guarantee that's all you need and it really does make a difference
