The way I'm going about this is doing prolonged fasting. I fast for about 12-14 days. I'm planning to do so 8 more times this year. I've already done 2 and I've seen great effects. If you think about doing this please inform yourself though it could be fatal if you don't do it right.

I'm also growing my hair out. I'm gonna get bangs like the cover of Heavier Than a Death in the Family, and the mewing, chin tucks and chewing gum worked. When I come out of my retreat, it's ova fo these suckaz!

There are plenty of ways to have proper electrolyte levels during a fast, one of which is to simply drink a lot of seltzer water, and sprinkle some salt into your coffee and drinking water.

I've started an extreme diet since Monday, most days I eat less than 600 or 700 calories and I have one cheat day in which I can consume up to 2150 calories. I am also doing exercise throughout all of this, mostly on my stationary bike. The + refers to the amount of calories I've consumed in that day and - the amount of calories I've burned. Everything was going fine until today. I woke up at 4 pm to take the dog out for a walk, a quick one at that, when I came back I smoked a cigarette at my front door and then I hit the bell so my roommate could open up the door. When I got into the elevator I began feeling nauseous and light headed and when I got out of the elevator and entered my apartment things got even worse. I was feeling extremely lightheaded, I felt like I was about to puke ( I didn't) and my body was burning up.

For context I am 18M, 69kg, 6'.

I have been eating a significant amount less the past several weeks and after a bit of weight fluctuation have lost 1 kilo this week, but now I often find myself shaking in the mornings and almost blacking out standing up after squatting for a while. I'm guessing that this is because of low blood sugar and lower blood pressure, but I have no idea how I should deal with it.
