lemonade and milk are both pretty bad ideas, just go for the old water tea or coffee. I don’t know what a Nutella b-ready is but it sounds like something you should just avoid. Pancakes quesadillas and noodles all tend to be a lot of simple carbohydrates and have a surprisingly large amount of fat too. I would recommend switching to fruit for snacks, having (more) vegetables with lunch/dinner and looking at whole grain (eg whole grain bread/pasta or brown rice) options or potatoes for bulk carbs to top on energy. it should be a lot more filling, improve your digestive health, and provide you with a lot more fibre vitamins and electrolytes.

I'm 22, I've been living on my own for over a year and have developed a habit of skipping lunch entirely, so usually I eat breakfast at 10 am and dinner at 10 pm with some snacks inbetween (usually something sweet like a piece of cake with coffee or smth like that).
I have not weighed myself in ages but I've definitely noticed some visible loss of body fat, as well as a slightly less fat face.
I did all of this not to consciously lose weight but rather because I can't cook that well and I honestly don't feel like cooking twice a day, which is also why sometimes my dinner and breakfast can be really unhealthy and inconsistent.
Breakfast is usually just some buttered bread with cheese, ham or jelly as well as some chocolate bun.
My dinner ranges from frozen pizza to chili sin carne (usually fixed) with rice, spaghetti, grilled sandwiches or anything else that doesn't take long to make.
I also drink at least 1.5 litres of water a day, no soda or anything else besides tea or coffee.
I've decided that I want to build some muscles but still retain a slim figure, meaning I don't want to get bulky or whatever but simply have a more defined body. is it ok if I keep eating like this and simply just exercise?
I also want a slimmer face because I hate how my jawline sometimes gets hidden by facial fat, especially when I'm outside for some reason my face starts to look fatter than at home, or at least it seems that way to me.
My idea rn is to keep my diet but drink even more water, like up to 3l. What do you think?

I developed bulimia, so I'm stuck, the constant thoughts of food are too much and I can't stop myself, I tell myself it's OK I can still lose like this, but I've stopped losing now. I think I'm as low as I can get as a bper but I'm so addicted to it that this is just what's happening. I don't care if I die. I have to bp for my sanity but I have to lose weight or die trying. I'm utterly pathetic, there's so much more weight for me to lose. I'm desperate. I want the comfort and warm happy feelings of food but I want to see myself deteriorate. I want to see the shocked and disgusted faces of strangers as I walk down the street. I won't be happy until I've gone too far then I can get better and be pretty again.
