I actually think this is a pretty easy to pull off look for AMAB people. The trick is to heavily emphasize your legs- pull pants up fairly high, and make sure the material is loose around the thighs before tapering towards the foot. You probably have a fairly clockable midsection (if you don't- great!), but with layering you can hide that. Wear a tight turtleneck that you tuck into your pants like in pic related, then wear a crop top above that. Hopefully that should shrink the appearance of your torso, and emphasize the legs. Obviously getting the hair/face/makeup look is it's own struggle, but clothing wise, their look isn't crazy hard to pull off.
