Nowadays male alopecia is seen as the sign of some sort of decline in masculinity. Anons on this board often associate it with such things as "low genetics", and insecurity. These opinions are really a consequence a broader and deeper western crisis in style, elegance, charisma, character, and self-assurance. A few decades ago, loosing one's hair wasn't regarded as such a plight.
