I do DTG printing for online orders. Cons will have silk screen shirts and special ones with metallic ink etc. The pandemic ruined all that though for now.

Not him but yeah, you can just use Zazzle or Redbubble if you don't want to invest anything. Name your own price and pocket the difference, the company just prints them and sends them to customer. I had a pretty popular meme page, and sold a ton of t-shirts just through Zazzle. I made a pretty good bit off of it. The most difficult part is building an audience that cares enough to like your page, then cares enough to buy something from you. But once you hit that point, it's pretty simple

this - you need a good following and engagement, and you need to be consistent and active. the plus side it's all free, the downside it takes times (it took me a year to get to 750, but imo despite being really low relative to things i have a solid 300 story views and all my shirt runs practically sell out)

the other route is sponsored, which cost money and im pretty sure you can wrap your head around that

the bigger problem between these two is aesthetic is your designs - and that's all subjective.

What I do it not much different. You can download GIMP on a low end laptop and churn all day. The hardest part is the social media stuff.

There are a bunch of t-shirt printers in my city but doing it with no overhead sounds better.
I've sold shirts on Redbubble like... a decade ago but at a $0 margin because I just wanted them for myself, not sure how other people found them.

and honestly despite my runs selling out, i think i wasted 2k figuring out screen printing through runs (choking, dot gain, file conversion etc) so im not making any profit yet; it's all just a passion project i picked up during covid and in all im a bit negative. however my 2nd run, 6 color shirt that required 60 piece minimum sold out. so im glad there was a implied benefit to my loss.

for you, the hard part is entering a saturated market. like yeah it's edgy, but brands like xaciddrop and its collaborators and up there already (see its latest ig post) - plus one off brands like STRAY RATS or whatever that do a hentai shirt or anything. so you may have to adjust your designs or target marketing
