If you're slim and a bit weird looking you can pull off an embroidened jacket so long as it's not cheap looking like the ones in your image. If you can't afford a new one then look for a cheaper second hand one made with quality materials. Or just buy a good quality regular jacket it and embroiden it with whatever you want. Just don't copy Ryan Gosling from Drive. It's an outfit from a movie. Don't wear gloves and sunglasses with it either

The only part that isn't wearable is the scorpion jacket.
Anyone can wear a denim jacket and some boots with a basic shirt like a henley and some jeans. It's not hard to pull of.
But as soon as you add the scorpion jacket it becomes a cringy costume
